Job responsibilities:
	Liaison with RPOWorks’ global recruitment outsourcing clients
	Ensure client satisfaction & success in outsourcing recruiting
	Oversee shift operations
	Manage a team of offshore recruiters
	Monitor day-to-day performance and productivity of offshore recruiting team
	Mentor offshore recruiters, to achieve client’s offshore recruitment objectives
Requirements:
	5+ years of experience in recruiting/staffing industry, with at least 3 years in offshore recruitment
	Experience of managing offshore recruiting teams
	Proven track record to fulfilling client’s objectives of outsourcing recruiting

International Recruiter (IR0907)
Job responsibilities:
	Recruiting candidates for the job requirements provided by RPOWorks’ international clients
	Passive sourcing
	Name generation
	Liaison with candidates and clients
	Ensure client satisfaction & success in outsourcing recruiting
Requirements:
	2+ years of experience in recruiting/staffing industry, with at least 1 year as overseas recruiter
	Proven track record of fulfilling client’s job requirements
	Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Marketing Executive (ME0907)
Job responsibilities:
	Generate new business for RPOWorks, by identifying and pursuing prospects interested in outsourcing recruiting activities to India
	Showcasing RPOWorks’ offshore recruitment services and capabilities to international clients and prospects
	Active involvement in end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, cold calling, liaison with prospects and internal teams etc.
	Meeting sales targets
Requirements:
	Experience in sales preferred. However, candidates with no prior experience, but having excellent communication skills and a strong desire to make a career in sales & marketing may also apply.
	Proficient in internet searching and using MS Office suite
	Must be target oriented, self starter, needing minimum amount of supervision
	Must be willing to work during USA business hours
