Job responsibilities:
Generate new business for RPOWorks, by identifying and pursuing prospects interested in outsourcing recruiting activities to India
Showcasing RPOWorks’ offshore recruitment services and capabilities to international clients and prospects
Active involvement in end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, cold calling, liaison with prospects and internal teams etc.
Meeting sales targets
Requirements:
Experience in sales preferred. However, candidates with no prior experience, but having excellent communication skills and a strong desire to make a career in sales & marketing may also apply.
Proficient in internet searching and using MS Office suite
Must be target oriented, self starter, needing minimum amount of supervision
