Shishir Danani - Chief Executive Officer
	Shishir Danani has over a decade of industry experience working with both start-up and global corporations. At RPOWorks, he provides strategic recruitment outsourcing consulting to the clients, guides the firm's operations, business development and provides strategic direction to the company.

Shishir is also a co-founder of Ideavate Solutions (www.ideavate.com), an Information Technology Consulting and Solutions Company, addressing the end-to-end Information Technology outsourcing needs of its clients. Previously, Shishir has worked with India’s premier software solutions company Infosys Technologies Ltd., in various functions like Software Projects Delivery, Sales & Marketing and Pre-Sales. He has also worked with ONIDA in the Business Development function.

Shishir is an avid speaker and has spoken on many topics at various forums in USA and India. He has also authored articles that have featured in leading publications.

Shishir holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from Pune University, and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Mumbai.

Ankush Agarwal - Sr. Vice President - Global Resourcing
	Ankush Agarwal has worked in Human Resource Development, Corporate Training, Corporate Planning, Business Development and, Strategic Alliances for around a decade. During the last few years he has helped many IT companies - both market leaders and start ups in fulfilling their human resource needs.

Ankush has helped shape RPOWorks’ offshore recruiting services and establish its reputation for quality and results. With an eye for growth and operational excellence, Ankush is presently responsible for RPOWorks’ offshore recruitment services fulfillment.

Prior to joining RPOWorks, he has worked with companies like Mastek, Lionbridge Technologies, Reliance and Aptech Group.

He did his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Mumbai.

B. Sateesh Chandrashekhar - Sr. Vice President - IT
	B. Sateesh Chandrashekhar has vast knowledge of various technologies in Enterprise Applications and Networking arena. He provides technology direction at RPOWorks and helps build technology capabilities. He is responsible for ensuring that RPOWorks leverages best-of-breed technologies in driving major financial

and operational benefits to its clients.

He has worked in various parts of the world like USA, China and India with esteemed IT companies like Infosys Technologies Ltd. and Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd.

Sateesh has authored several research papers and articles that have been published in leading industry publications.

Sateesh holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Engineering, from Louisiana State University, USA and a Bachelor of Computer Engineering (B.E.) degree from Pune University. He has also been awarded a Silver Medal for his outstanding academic performance.

Avinash Kumar - Sr. Vice President - Resource Management
	Avinash Kumar has a rich experience of engagement fulfilment & delivery for many corporations large and small. Avinash is responsible for establishing RPOWorks’ offshore recruitment capabilities, to fulfill all outsourcing recruiting needs of our clients.He oversees establishment of offshore recruiting

operations, infrastructure management and administration, people development, culture and competence development.
Avinash has worked both in the USA and India for global corporations like Infosys Technologies Ltd. and Larsen & Toubro Ltd.

Avinash earned his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from Baroda.
