1.	The party referred should remain RPOWorks’ paying client for a minimum of 3 (Three) months. Their account must be in good standing and they should have made full payment to RPOWorks for 3 months service.
2.	iPod will be sent to the address provided in the above form. We are not responsible for any late, lost or damaged deliveries. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for your iPod to arrive, after the 3rd month’s payment is received from the referred party.
3.	For you to get the Free iPod, the referred party should become RPOWorks’ paying client within 90 days of being referred.
4.	RPOWorks reserves the right to share your information with the referred party.
5.	All information provided shall become RPOWorks’ property and may be used for contacting you or the referred party at a future date at RPOWorks sole discretion.
